NEU members urged to stick as talks continue
The fourth union currently in negotiations over pay with the Education Department says it will ballot members for strike action if negotiations fail.
The National Education Union believes the time is not right while talks are ongoing and is waiting for meeting dates to be set with the Manx Industrial Relations Service.
The NEU represents over half the teachers on the Island.
