Two vacant seats have been filled
The Cabinet Office Minister says the appointment of temporary members to Patrick Commissioners were requested by the board.
Kate Lord-Brennan told the House of Keys, the elections department worked with the Captain of the Parish to select people to take up the post.
The local authority has since had an election notice and two members joined the board uncontested, leaving one vacant seat.
