Lifestyle survey of Island citizens
Up to 7,000 residents are being quizzed on health and social care.
The Health and Lifestyle Survey 2017 has been sent out to households at random across the Island.
This year's survey is heavily focused on gambling.
Those who have been selected should receive a letter in the coming days directing them to the half-hour online survey.
It will be completely anonymous, and participation is not mandatory.
Public Health says it is 'an opportunity to shape policies that have an impact on the whole population'.
