Three races to take place on opening race day at MGP and Classic TT

Roads around the Mountain Course are due to close at 9.30am

Roads around the Mountain Course will close this morning ahead of the first day of racing at the Manx Grand Prix and Classic TT.

The course shuts at 9.30am ahead of a Classic TT qualifying lap at 10.15am.

The three-lap Sportbike MGP race is due to get underway at 11.45am, with another qualifying lap at 1.45pm.

Race two sees the Supersport MGP go over four laps, before the two-lap Historic Junior Classic TT at 4.45pm.

Roads around the course are due to reopen no later than 9pm.
