Treasury Minister appears at coronavirus media conference
The three-week circuit break lockdown is set to cost the Manx government somewhere between £8-10 million.
Treasury Minister Alfred Cannan made the announcement at this afternoon's coronavirus media conference.
It's as he discussed the reintroduction of the financial support programmes: the Salary Support Scheme and the Manx Earnings Replacement Allowance (MERA).
Mr Cannan gave this update:
Government 'expects fuel pricing to stabilise by middle of week'
Tanker carrying 4.5 million litres of fuel waiting to dock
Queues at pumps as diesel prices increase across Island
We aren't the fun police!
