Government has so far put money into 150 projects around the Island, via the Town and Village Regeneration Scheme.
That's according to Chief Minister Allan Bell.
One of the larger projects, repaving Strand Street and Duke Street in Douglas, is under way, while work is also taking place in Ramsey, Peel, Castletown, Laxey, Port Erin and Port St Mary.
Mr Bell thinks now is exactly the right time to be spending money on redevelopment:

'Once in a lifetime' experience for Manx dance company
