Chair of Climate Change Transformation Board quizzed by committee
The Chair of the Climate Change Transformation Board says it's too early to say whether the Island is on track to meet its targets for reducing emissions.
The current plan, as agreed to by government, is to reduce carbon emissions by 35% by 2030 and 45% by 2035.
