The 20 highest earners in Manx Care have a combined salary of just over £7.1million.
The healthcare body has published updated figures showing its highest paid staff for the 2024-25 year were paid between £307,950 and £451,980.
All individuals in the top 20 are medical staff, and none are agency workers.
The details were requested by Speaker of the House of Keys Juan Watterson in a Tynwald written question.
