DED remains defiant in its role in the TT rights saga
External third parties and the media are to blame for the latest controversy surrounding the department of economic development.
So says Rob Callister, who remains defiant in his stance DED has done nothing wrong in a trademark row - after it threatened to sue Bushy's brewery over the use of 'TT' initials.
The problem has been resolved with both parties entering into what the department calls a co-existence agreement.
Mr Callister says the story shouldn't have received the coverage it did.
