Follows year of 'dramatic' increase in running costs
The TT fortnight has been described as a 'vital' boost for Manx traders.
A number of Isle of Man food businesses are featured at the TT Fan Park this year.
With a dramatic increase in energy costs over the past year means overheads are much higher than when the races returned in 2022.
Alan Steele of La Creperie says many have had to adapt their operations:
"I can do 14-15 hour days. It's the first real festival, for us, that comes after the long, hard winter." - Adam Steele, La Creperie.
"It's building up really nice and steady. There's a real buzz about the place!" - Martin Smith, Pizza Chef - Street Diner's Mamma Mia Pizzeria.
"We're here to keep people happy! Prices do increase, but it's the same everywhere." - Lucy Campbell, General Manager - The Carvery and The Grill.
"It's just getting busier and busier. It's been nice talking to all the different people." - Molly and Lawrence, Mad Jack's Axe Throwing.
"It's great to just be here and see the community come together." - Jessica Scott (Left), Freshly Squeezed.
"If it's anything like last year race week will be really busy!" - Jimmy Jumbo Churros.
