Direct flights sought for September
An Island travel agent wants government to consider establishing an air-corridor with Majorca.
Freedom Travel has been providing direct flights to the Balearic Island for ten years, and the country currently has a very low infection rate for Covid-19.
Director, Jan Wozniak, says they hope to get flying again before the end of the Island's holiday season:
In response, the Isle of Man Government says: "the Balearic Islands still has active cases of coronavirus meaning there is currently no prospect of an air bridge between the Isle of Man and Majorca."
