Circular Road closed today
Circular Road in Douglas will be closed from 8am today (Saturday).
It's so tree felling work can be undertaken.
Large trees between Peel Road and Drinkwater Street are being removed.
Parking is prohibited on the eastern side of Ridgeway Street, between its junction with Lord Street and its junction with King Street, in order to maintain bus access during the closure.
Alternative routes are available via Lord Street, Ridgeway Street, St George’s Street and Athol Street.
The area is due to reopen to traffic by 3pm today at the latest.
