36-year-old accused of two offences
A Braddan man will stand trial after denying driving without due care and attention in a van which was in a dangerous condition.
Lee Anthony Dixon, of Strang Close, entered not guilty pleas to the charges during an appearance at Douglas Courthouse.
The 36-year-old allegedly crashed into two stationary vehicles on Victoria Road in Castletown on 11 February.
A pre-trial review will take place on 27 July – he’s been bailed until that date.

During a court appearance on 27 July Magistrates agreed to postpone the pre-trial review to 17 August.
