46-year-old denies committing offence
A Douglas man will stand trial after being accused of indecent assault.
James Quinn, of Lakeside Road, denies touching the woman inappropriately, at a property on Victoria Street, on 30 November last year.
The 46-year-old appeared at Douglas Courthouse where he was told a pre-trial review will take place on 6 June.
He’s been bailed until that date.
