62-year-old been bailed
A Douglas man will stand trial after denying keying a car, causing £1,007 worth of damage, in July last year.
Ian Richard Gardner, of Queens Terrace, appeared at Douglas Courthouse where he entered a not guilty plea to causing damage to property.
It’s alleged he was filmed on CCTV with the car in the lane adjacent to Woodbourne Square.
A pre-trial review will take place on 27 June; the 62-year-old been bailed until that date.
