25-year-old also accused of driving without due care and attention
A Kirk Michael man will stand trial after being accused of driving without due care and attention.
James Myles Ormerod, of Barregarrow, appeared at Douglas Courthouse where he entered a not guilty plea.
The 25-year-old also denied failing to stop after an accident or failing to report it; the offences allegedly took place on Christian Street in Peel on 18 April.
A pre-trial review will take place on 5 December.
