31-year-old enters not guilt plea to ABH offence
A Douglas man will stand trial after being accused of attacking a woman with a meat tenderiser.
Roman Pszczolkowski, of Central Promenade, appeared at Douglas Courthouse where he denied assaulting her and causing actual bodily harm.
The 31-year-old allegedly carried out the offence at the woman’s home, on Mona Terrace, on 24 September last year.
Committal proceedings – where the case is elevated to the Court of General Gaol Delivery – will take place on 23 April; he’s been bailed until that date.
Update: At Douglas Courthouse, on 28 June, Roman Pszczolkowski changed his plea. He will be sentenced on 26 July.
At Douglas Courthouse on 16 August Pszczolkowski was jailed for two years and three months.
