49-year-old appears at Douglas Courthouse
A Union Mills man will stand trial after being accused of assaulting his neighbour.
Ian Rodney Pressley, of Snugborough Avenue, denied committing the offence during an appearance at Douglas Courthouse.
A pre-trial review will take place on 4 March.
The 49-year-old has been bailed until that date.
Update: On 24 August a trial was set for 3 November 2023.
Update: On 16 November the trial was moved to 7 February 2024.
Update: Mr Pressley will be sentenced on 9 April 2024.
