49-year-old also denies failing to stop for police
A Ramsey man, who denies dangerous driving and possessing heroin with intent to supply, has been remanded in custody as he awaits a trial.
Forty-nine-year-old Michael David Nelson, of Waterloo Road, appeared at Douglas Courthouse.
He pleaded not guilty to the offences - and of failing to provide a blood sample or stop for police – which allegedly took place on 14 January.
He also denied having a Subaru Impreza in a dangerous condition, and driving without due care and attention, on September 11 last year.
Mr Nelson was committed to stand trial in the Court of General Gaol Delivery where he'll appear on a date to be fixed.
