New partnership using international schemes for 2022
Carbon produced from the TT could be 'locally offset' in future, government says.
This year the Department for Enterprise will attempt to reduce the event's footprint by using international schemes to offset emissions created by the racing and international travel.
It claims its new partnership with the Pozitive Group will result in the first carbon neutral TT.
