Group struggling to fund competitor contributions
The TT Supporters Club says it has decided to suspend its annual membership for the foreseeable future.
Normally the club gives each competitor a minimum of £50 spending money as a thank you, something which costs around £7,500-£8,000, but it says it can no longer get enough money together to do so.
The organisation will still exist as an official outlet selling the A.C.U Benevolent Fund badges on the Ben Fund’s behalf along with back dated Ben Fund badges and clothing.
Members who have joined the club will receive a full refund, and the organisers say they will still send out 2023 date bars as a 'good will gesture'.
