Former MLC cleared of data protection breaches
A former Tynwald member says a failed prosecution against him should never have gone ahead.
Juan Turner and two companies, Carrick Creative and Island FM, were found not guilty of data protection breaches earlier today.
Previously, he'd described the court case as politically-motivated.
Speaking outside court after being cleared, he said the investigation had dragged on for more than a year.
