One vehicle hit a garage
There were two separate crashes on icy roads in the Ballamodha area on Saturday morning.
At 7.40am a rescue pump from Peel Station responded to a single-vehicle collision close to the junction of the Shoulder Road and Ballamodha Straight.
Crews administered first aid to the driver, who had got out, then passed them over to the ambulance service for precautionary checks.
Then, at around 8.55am, a rescue pump from Castletown and Malew Station attended an incident at the top of Ballamodha, where a vehicle had left the road and collided with the garage of a property.
Crews helped the police make the scene safe, and the occupants were checked over by the ambulance service.
