More than £123,000 worth of cannabis was seized in Friday afternoon's drug swoop.
Police have confirmed the amount that was taken from Douglas bus station car park.
A 43 year-old Douglas man and a 39 year-old Liverpool man are due in court on Monday morning after being charged with a number of drug related offences.
It’s the second largest single seizure of cannabis ever in the Island after a £140,000 seizure earlier this month.
