FOI request shows 67 appeals determined by DEFA Minister
Of all the successful planning appeals in the last year, only two were lodged by those granted 'interested party status'.
It's been revealed via a Freedom of Information request that 67 appeals were determined by Environment Food and Agriculture Minister Geoffrey Boot over the last twelve months (February 2018-2019).
Twenty-one of these were successful, and only two came from third parties.
