Mec Vannin compares national day arrangements with those in the 70s
A member of the Manx Nationalist Party believes security has been increased so much on Tynwald Day that protestors could be shot.
This is despite demonstrations being welcomed by the President of Tynwald, Steve Rodan.
Mec Vannin's Mark Kermode was speaking from the constitutional party's stall at Tynwald yesterday.
He believes there's less tolerance of protestors today:
