
Could there soon be a shake-up of public service broadcasting in the Isle of Man?
A Tynwald debate on the future has been postponed for two months to allow politicians to examine an alternative proposal to shake-up the current funding model.
Speaker of the House of Keys, Steve Rodan, had asked the court to reaffirm its commitment to Manx Radio's subvention after a Treasury report confirmed current levels of service could not continue unless funding keeps pace with inflation.
He acknowledges all options need to be considered.
