More time to consider questions and motions
Changes have been made to the way questions will be asked in Tynwald to give members more time to prepare.
New practices and procedures – dubbed a Register of Business – will be used for all business of the court bar the Budget.
Motions, and questions for written answer, will be published further in advance of a Tynwald sitting – something designed to enhance the quality of debates.
