Chief Minister says support for major schemes "heartening"
The Chief Minister says he's encouraged by a recent show of support in Tynwald for government initiatives.
Last week members supported a £50 million Enterprise Development Scheme.
They also gave a unanimous front to back a five-year strategy to improve health and social care services.
Both schemes appeared in government's 'Agenda for Change', which was presented to Tynwald by Allan Bell before the summer recess in July.
