Watterson describes Wannenburgh as 'devoted' to constituents
Tynwald will be a “less colourful place” without Douglas North MHK John Wannenburgh.
President Juan Watterson says he was ‘stunned’ to learn of the backbencher’s unexpected death.
Mr Wannenburgh died in his sleep last night (2 August).
