Staffed by Culinary Arts students
University College Isle of Man's training restaurant has re-opened to the public.
Cristory's will be open for lunch on various Mondays and Thursdays throughout April and May, starting on the 3rd of April, offering diners a three course menu.
The restaurant will be staffed in both the kitchen and front of house by Culinary Arts students under the guidance of Chef Lecturer, Robert Hunter, who has worked in world-class establishments including London's Goring Hotel.
He says the restaurant provides an important real life opportunity for students to develop their skills and grow their confidence:
