Drugs checks could make big difference
The Home Affairs Minister has warned that cuts to policing in the UK will make bringing drugs to the Isle of Man more of a concern.
Juan Watterson announced a consultation last week to implement further ID checks at ports to and from the Island.
On Sunday Opinion, Mr Watterson said further checks locally could make a significant difference:
'Significant disruption' to drug supply networks but fewer OCGs targeted
Motorists urged to slow down on resurfaced roads
Island starts introduction of digital immigration products
