The Steam Packet Company says it's due to adverse weather forecasts.
This mornings (5 December) 10am sailing from Douglas to Heysham has already been cancelled.
This evening's 7.45pm journey and every other journey until Saturday evening is at risk.
A decision on tonight's sailing will be made by 5.30pm.

- 7.45pm – Subject to disruption/cancellation – final decision by 5:30pm.
Friday (06 December)
- 2.15am - Subject to disruption/cancellation – final decision by 5:30pm Thursday evening.
- 8.45am – Subject to disruption/cancellation – final decision by 7am.
- 2.15pm – Subject to disruption/cancellation – final decision by 7am.
- 7.45pm – Subject to disruption/cancellation – final decision by 5.30pm.
Saturday (07 December)
- 2.15am – Subject to disruption / cancellation – final decision by 5.30pm Friday evening.
- 8am – Subject to disruption / cancellation – final decision by 6am.
