The former BBC war correspondent who became known as the 'man in the white suit' says his work with UNICEF, the United Nation's Children's Fund, has been 'a wonderful experience from start to finish'.
Martin Bell, UNICEF's ambassador for humanitarian emergencies for the last nine years, was on the Island on Friday to show the Island's Overseas Aid Committee how the funding it's donated to the charity over the last year has been spent.
Mr Bell says his work has given him an incredible range of experiences and he believes his white suit has helped keep him alive.
