Report offers no recommendations over salaries and structure
Tynwald members have been accused of 'grandstanding' by a union head, after commissioning a structural review of the Isle of Man civil service.
The report, which was carried out by firm '2000 Weeks Ltd', investigated the structure and salaries of civil servants at executive officer level and above.
Politicians earmarked £20,000 for the review, which has concluded salaries and grades are fair, and organisational structures are logical.
It makes no recommendations.
Negotiations Officer for Prospect Angela Moffatt says it's something which is monitored on an ongoing basis:
Person suffers 'significant injuries' in 'serious assault' near Peel
Business case for horse trams to be put before Tynwald in July
Plans to turn 'underused space' in central Douglas into wellness retreat
Employment grievance 'upheld' against board of Peel Commissioners
