Manx Telecom workers will hold a union meeting on Wednesday to discuss their next move in a row over pay.
The company’s 4.1 per cent pay offer – well below inflation – threatens to spark a strike after staff in the Communications Workers’ Union voted for industrial action.
At the meeting on Wednesday evening, they’ll decide what form that action will be, ranging from a work to rule through to a walkout.
The union has accused the company of effectively cutting pay in a financially successful year.
