Vandals uproot school garden in Peel

Staff and children left upset after vandalism

Vandals who targeted a primary school in the west of the Island have been denounced as 'mindless' by a member of staff.

Year 4 pupils from Peel Clothworkers were left distraught this morning to find their outdoor vegetable patch had been wrecked overnight.

It isn't known who caused the damage.

Posting on social media, a teacher said the culprits 'must feel big and clever' for upsetting a class of eight and nine-year-olds.
