A consultation saw almost 75% of respondents back proposals for increased controls
Proposed new laws making it illegal to sell e-cigarettes and vapes to children on the Isle of Man will take their first legislative step next week.
Cabinet Office Minister Kate Lord-Brennan will present the Vaping Product Bill for its first reading in the House of Keys on Tuesday.
More than 300 people and organisations responded to a public consultation on the topic earlier this year, with almost 75% saying they are content with the proposed controls.
If supported, the bill would also limit how the products are displayed in retail premises, and put in place enforcement procedures for those who break the rules.
