Vaping Bill expected to gain royal assent in April

The Ministry of Justice was handed the legislation in January

It could be illegal for under 18's to buy vaping products on the Isle of Man from the middle of next month.

The Vaping Bill 2023 is expected to gain royal assent by the April sitting of Tynwald. (16 April)

Some retailers already have age restriction policies in place, but they're not legally required to.

The laws passed in the House of Keys in June 2023 and final approval from the Legislative Council was granted in October.
