The support available for victims of domestic abuse will be outlined at a two-day event which begins today.
Charity 3S – Safe, Strong, Secure – is holding workshops throughout both days at Ramsey Methodist Church hall in Waterloo Road.
The effects of abuse on emotional, mental, and physical health, as well as children, will be highlighted.
There will also be a presentation on the police and Manx law and a self defence session.
Survivors of abuse and anyone interested in finding out more about the issue are invited.
