Health minister says it's 'crucial' problem is tackled
Outpatient clinics could be run virtually in an effort to clear hospital waiting lists.

Yesterday he was joined virtually at the Social Affairs Policy Review Committee by interim chief executive Kathryn Magson.
She says a number of 'in house' initiatives are being looked at:
