Mountain Course is a no-fly zone during racing
A visitor was arrested during yesterday's TT Superbike race for using a drone.
The Isle of Man Constabulary says it's the first arrest for unauthorised flying of a drone during this year's races.
A no-fly zone is in place around the Mountain Course when it's closed for racing for the safety of aircraft operating around the course.
Those caught using a drone illegally face a fine of up to £10,000.
