Speaker gives support with 'heavy heart'

Juan Watterson was speaking in the Tynwald chamber as the debate on whether or not to sanction a fundamental review of the DHSC rumbles on.
Mr Watterson raised concerns over the provision of information to health bosses and what he felt was a lack of planning in the department.
