Visits by district nurses on the Island could be affected by the adverse weather this weekend.
The Department of Health says plans are in place to give priority to the most vulnerable patients.
Anybody who needs an urgent visit is advised to ring the on-call district nursing manager, on 454354.
Meanwhile, the Family Planning Clinic in Douglas is definitely closed this morning (Saturday).
Anybody needing emergency contraception is reminded it is available through most chemists, the Manx Emergency Doctor Service (or MEDS), and the Accident and Emergency department at Noble's Hospital.
