MWDW has been monitoring it off the south coast of the Island
A dead whale spotted floating in the sea off the south coast of the Island could feed the surrounding ecosystem for up to five months.
Manx Whale and Dolphin Watch has been monitoring the carcass since it was first seen at the weekend.
It's been difficult to identify, but it's thought to probably be a very large minke whale.
