Work to take place over the next five years
Douglas Council says work on its biggest housing estate will bring it into the 21st century.
Thirty-six houses have already been revamped on the Willaston estate, leaving more than 300 homes to be refurbished over the next five years.
It's understood it'll cost around £10m with work starting as early as October.
Housing Committee Chairman David Ashford says the work is very much needed:
Michelle Mone-linked PPE firm liquidated and unlikely to repay £148m

Proposed new laws would support homeless people on the Isle of Man
