Wintry showers forecast for later today will move through quickly and only result in slight accumulations for a brief period.

That's from Ronaldsway Met Office ahead of tonight's showers.

Hail and snow are expected, with temperatures likely to fall to -1°C overnight.

However, forecaster Kirsty Pendlebury says there won't be wintry conditions Island-wide:
