"Without feedback, things won't change" says MCALS

Manx Care running sessions alongside 'Friends and Family' survey

Manx Care has reinstated its community drop-in service as part of its efforts to enhance its services

The sessions aim to provide residents with the opportunity to give 'confidential' feedback and discuss their experiences.

In March 89 percent of respondents rated the health body as 'good' or 'very good' with seven percent describing it as 'poor' or 'very poor'.

Experience and Engagement Lead Karren Maddox says without the feedback from the Friends and Family Test Surveys, things won't change:

Drop-in sessions are scheduled as follows:

  • 18 June: Onchan Library from 11am to 1pm
  • 21 June: Crossroads Community Hub Tynwald Street from 10am to 12pm
  • 24 June: Castletown Civic Centre from 11am to 1pm
  • 27 June: Jurby Community Centre from 10am to 12pm
  • 28 June: Douglas HBN Library from 10am to 12pm
