Police want to speak to anyone with information about an incident in the area of Bemahague Road, Onchan last night.
It happened between 10.30 and 11pm on the footpath which runs from Government House towards Heywood Park.
They want to hear from anyone who saw a lone woman or a man running towards Governor's Bridge.
