Case adjourned while pyschiatrics considered
A woman accused of benefits fraud will appear in court again next month.
Fifty-two-year-old Deborah Dalgarno of Ballacry Park in Colby was due to appear before magistrates at Douglas courthouse, but was excused attending.
She's facing five allegations of making false representations to obtain benefits as well as two counts of failing to inform authorities about a change in her circumstances.
Her case was adjourned while psychiatrics are considered, and she’ll appear again on 4 March.
